Subscribe to mail
You decide from which organisations you wish to receive your mail digitally. Simply activate the relevant mail subscription in the PEAX portal. The organisation will be informed of your wish to receive all future mail via one of the PEAX delivery channels.

Postal subscription in the portal
When you subscribe to mail, the relevant organisation is sent a message requesting that your personal PEAX address be stored as the address for all future correspondence. The PEAX address forwards your mail to the highly automated scanning centre, where it is digitised in compliance with data protection regulations.
Organisations send electronic mail to the user’s personal PEAXbox email address. Emails and attachments appear as documents in the PEAX portal. If you deposit the peaxbox e-mail address with companies and the public administration, you will receive the electronic mail directly in the PEAX portal.
Scanning via App
The scan function on the PEAX mobile app allows you to digitise a hard copy of a document in a matter of seconds. The function will soon also be available for the Android App.
Simply use the upload function to import files from your device into the PEAX portal.
The PEAX envelope is best used for hard copies of documents. Place your documents in the envelope, send them off and in no time at all they will be available in the portal. Perfect for longer absences and during holidays.
