cover letter is optional.

Getting to know each other. An initial video call, about 30 minutes. We'll tell you about peax, and you
tell us about yourself.

In-depth interview. A conversation with the on-site team in Lucerne, which may include a short, everyday task depending on the position.

Make a decision. You 'll hear from us within a week, one way or another.

How We Work

Development, customer service, support, marketing, and sales are all under one roof. We work in an agile manner, in short cycles, and with a high degree of personal responsibility. Decisions are made where the expertise lies, not three levels up. And yes, dogs are welcome in the office.

We have a hybrid work model. On team days, you’ll be in Lucerne; on the other days, you’re free to organize your time as you see fit. We’ll discuss the exact details during our first interview.
We typically advertise most positions as 80 to 100 percent. Part-time work is the norm for us, not the exception.
