Documents are received in a recognized and structured format: sender, amount, due date, payment information. Your trustee posts the entries instead of entering them manually.

BAYO and WinVS. Customer documents are transferred to the CRM via background processing using IG B2B XML and the extended BAYO API.

What accounting software does peax support?

Accounto, bexio, and Topal. Documents are recognized, organized, and transferred via an interface. Additional systems via the API.

Does peax work with my bank?

Peax works with virtually all Swiss banks. Recognized invoices are ready for payment; you are the one who authorizes them.

Do I need to switch operating systems?

No. Peax is the layer that sits in front of your accounting and CRM systems. You keep your systems, your bank, and your trustee.

My system isn't listed. What should I do now?

Inquire about the interface. Many systems can be integrated via the API or existing standard formats. We’ll let you know what’s possible within a few days.

How does a receipt get from the front desk to the accounting department?

Peax recognizes the document, extracts the data, has it approved by the appropriate person, and then automatically transfers the document and data to your system. Every step is recorded in the audit trail.
