You set up mail forwarding to the peax Scanning Center. Mail is scanned there Monday through Friday on the day of delivery and is available in peax by early afternoon at the latest. Registered mail is given priority and is available before 9:30 a.m. In addition, you can upload documents, send them via email, or scan them using the app.
Packages that cannot be processed digitally will be delivered to you in person. peax will cover the shipping costs for these.
Yes. Peax prepares a payment file that is automatically sent to your bank after approval. Peax works with virtually all Swiss banks.
